Wow…I’ve never seen a list like that.
The one regarding Dubai is rather frightening. I don’t know everything about Brown, but scary to think that he could have possibly stepped on a disposed joint somewhere and now is doing time.
Do you think laws like this in the US would deter usage?

I’d be incredibly scared if I was stuck in Saudi Arabia on a drug charge! Although why would you be smuggling drugs in the first place?

If I knew the language I think I would move to one of these places. That’s how much I hate drugs and drug users. Alcohol and tobacco is a drug too if you ask me.
